The coins are old Canadian five-cent "nickels" and one cent "pennies" from 1920-1952.

The gemstones include amethyst, rose quartz, tigereye and many others.

Fire Balls

Fire Balls feature a real meteor impact tektite along
with other assorted gemstones.

Tektites are believed to form
from molten rocks propelled into space
by a meteor impact and then re-enter the
earth’s atmosphere at high velocity creating a
natural black glass with unique characteristics.
Although most likely occurring from impacts with the
earth, some respected scholars argue they are from a lunar meteorite impact so violent it splashed ejecta all the way to the earth! These may be moon rocks! Despite hundreds of known meteorite craters on earth, only about five events are currently known that produced tektites. Scientists still don’t know what special circumstances must occur to produce tektite strewn fields. The tektites’ shape is dictated by their motion and interaction with the earth’s atmosphere. In composition, they are very similar to volcanic glass, but differ in their extremely low content of easily vapourized compounds. They also contain voids of rarified air, meaning they could only be formed high in the atmosphere.
Found as a result of mining for other minerals, this
specimen is from the biggest and most mysterious
tektite event of all, the Australasian impact of about
780,000 years ago, which occurred somewhere in
South East Asia. This could well have been the
largest natural disaster since humans
began their walk on earth!

Lucky Wishbone Treasures

Close your eyes... Make a wish... Pull...

Like the traditional wishbone, two "wishers" pull on the Wishbone until it breaks. The "wisher" who breaks off the larger section is assumed to have their wish granted...

Inside are seven treasures representing lucky symbols from around the world including: amethyst, tiger-eye, rainbow agate gemstones, a pewter charm, a "shooting star" tektite, a golden pyrite nugget, and an old Canadian "lucky" penny.

Each branch contains three treasures with an extra treasure going to the "winner".

Safe Crackers

When softened with water, the Safe Crackers can be carefully worked away to reveal at least seven precious items worthy of keeping in any safe. Included are polished gemstones, foreign currency, a natural quartz crystal, and an old Canadian coin.

The polished gemstones include amethyst, rose quartz, tigereye and many others.

The foreign currency consists of a variety of coins from around the world. Most are still in circulation, but many are older and worthy of collecting.

The quartz crystals are a natural wonder. The crystals found are approximately 12 to 30 mm in diameter and 35 to 50 mm in length.

The old Canadian coin is a 1942 or 1943 wartime tombac "nickel". During WWII, much of the world's production of nickel was diverted into the war effort. Consequently, tombac, an alloy of copper and zinc was substituted. A unique find.
